After years of this connection being talked about, designed, and pushed through the NEPA process we were finally able to break ground in June on the historic Fugrass connector. Despite the high temps and some of the worst mosquitos we’d ever seen, the 3 mile corridor was logged and brushed out—now begins the even harder job of digging tread in this steep and rocky terrain! Stay tuned as we’ll need all hands on deck to get this trail built by volunteers.
All told we clocked over 400 hours worth $12,000. Thanks again to Rapha, Santa Cruz, Laird Superfood, and all our industry partners for supporting this event, we wouldn’t be able to host these events without their support!
